Welcome to Unbloated AI. These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Nawafleh Labs LLC ("Unbloated AI," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.unbloated.ai), mobile applications, coaching tools, health data features, and any related technologies, products, or communications (collectively, the "Service" or "Services").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility and scope

3. How it works

Feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas submitted by users become the property of Unbloated AI without compensation.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding:

Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Accuracy of recommendations
Health outcomes or improvements

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Unbloated AI is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or inability to access the Service
Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

In no event will our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the platform. You may request account deletion at any time.

Termination does not void obligations that existed before the termination date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration must be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Arbitration and dispute resolution

Any dispute between you and Unbloated AI will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

17. Updates and modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
